These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of modernrefractoryservices.com (the "Site"), operated by Modern Refractory Services ("MRS", "we", "us"), registered head office at Chanserpur, Tamluk, Purba Medinipur, Pin - 721653, West Bengal, India. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.
1. Purpose of This Site
This Site is an informational website describing the refractory, civil, mechanical, acid-proof lining and insulation contracting services offered by MRS, along with a blog and project gallery. It is not an e-commerce site - no products are sold or payments processed through it.

Content on this Site (text, service descriptions, blog articles, gallery images and the MRS logo) is provided for general information about our services and does not constitute a binding offer, quotation or contract. Gallery entries without an uploaded photograph are marked "Photo Pending" and are not a photograph of a specific project.
3. Enquiries & Quotations
Submitting an enquiry through the Contact page does not create a contract between you and MRS. Any project scope, pricing, and timeline is agreed only through a separate written quotation, work order or contract signed by both parties following a site assessment.
4. No Warranty on Site Availability
We aim to keep the Site accurate and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that content is free of errors. Specifications, service scope and contact details may change without prior notice.
5. Intellectual Property
The MRS name, logo, blog content and website content are the property of Modern Refractory Services unless otherwise indicated. You may not reproduce, copy or redistribute this content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
6. Uploaded Content
If you upload a drawing or photo through the Contact form, you confirm you have the right to share it with us, and grant MRS permission to use it solely for evaluating and responding to your enquiry.
7. Third-Party Services
The Contact page embeds a Google Maps location. Use of this embedded service is subject to Google's own terms.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, MRS is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of, or inability to use, this Site. This does not limit any liability arising under a separate signed work contract for actual project work.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Purba Medinipur, West Bengal.
